Rules and Regulation

  • 巳報讀課程之人士,報讀後恕不得轉換其他課程。
    All courses fee are not transferable.
  • 所有學費必需開課前兩星期全數繳交,花材費並於首堂繳付。
    All courses fee should be payment in full 2 weeks before the first lesson, material fee should be payment in full at the first lesson.
  • 上課時學員需自備工具。
    Students should bring their own tools for lessons.
  • 嚴禁學員在上課期間錄音或錄影,如經導師批准方可攝影。
    Sound or video recording are not allowed during lessons without any prior permission from school.
  • 如遇颱風警號 (八號或以上) 及黑色暴雨警告之上課安排,則當日課程暫停並順延一課;
    如八號風球在上午七時前除下,早上課程照常上課;
    如八號風球在正午十二時前除下,下午課程照常上課;
    如八號風球在下午四時前除下,晚間早上課程照常上課;
    Shall typhoon sinal no. 8 or above is hoisted or black rainstorm signal is in force, classes will be cancelled.
    If however, the typhoon/rainstorm signal is lwered before 07:00 and noon, all morning classes and evening classes
    will be held as scheduled respectively.
  • 報讀課程之人士已繳付之學費,除因本院取消課程外,一概不可退還或轉讓他人。
    Unless courses are cancelled by the school, courses fees are not refundable or transferable.
  • 本院有權因應需要更改上課時間、地點及課程編排。
    The school reserves the right on any changes of the course, including change of date, time and location.
  • 本院有權取消課程,學員請於接獲通知後一個月內,憑收據到本院辦理退款,逾期將不獲受理。
    The school reserves the right on any cancellation of courses. In such circumstances, students should apply for refund with the original official receipt within one month upon notification by the school. Late applicaltion will not be accepted.
  • 如課程遇公眾假期休息,課程將順延。(除特別通知或假日課程外)
    Except special holiday course or otherwise notified, the school shall be closed on public holidiay, all classes will then be postponed accordingly.
  • 學員如需請假,請於一星期前通知本院,該堂之花材費可撥入下期課程或作現金在本院購物,花材費將不會退還;
    而該課堂已訂之花材,則可最遲於上課翌日到本院取回;如以傳真或電郵方式請假,須有本院之回覆確認方可作實。
    On the condition that one week notice is given to the school prior to the commencement of lesson, the material fees can be transfer as new courses fee or cash dollars for any purchases in the school. Shall students absent from classes without prior notice, no material fees will be refunded, students should collect their materials not later than the next working day. (Students should keep record of confirmation from the school if application for absence is made by fax of email)
  • 各項課程之有關證書之要求不同,學員需符合該課程之要求及出席率達 80%或以上,再經導師評審考核、確認達致水平後, 方可獲取證書,合資格之學員須按申請證書期限內作出申請。
    Students should pay attention on the requirements of attendance and qualification requirements in respective courses in order to apply for certificates.
    Please refer to the Guidelines in the Application for Certificates and submit your application within the time specified.
  • 學員上課必需依本院規則及導師指導,如有違規者,本院有權取消該學員之學籍,而所已繳付之費用不獲退還。
    Students should observe school rules amd regulations and follow teacher's instructions. Failure to comply with such rules and regulations is liable to expulsion.
  • 學員若因個人疏忽而導致任何意外或損失,本院概不負責。
    The school shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, expenses, accidents, injury or damage to any person as a result of negligence by the person.
